What anime is My Hero Academia?

My Hero Academia, also known as Boku no Hīrō Akademia in Japan, is an anime series. It is based on a manga of the same name.

The story of My Hero Academia follows the protagonist Izuku Midoriya, who lives in a world where people with superpowers are common. He has always wanted to have powers but he was born without them. Then one day he meets All Might and gets recruited into the hero’s squad U.A High School (U.Aヒーロー学校).

Izuku enrolls in U.A hero academy with the goal of becoming a professional hero like his childhood idol All Might; but he soon finds that it is not an easy path when there’s a lot of competition and the path to success is a lot more difficult than he anticipated.
