About the Role

We are looking for a Global Manager, Learning & Development to help design and implement our Growth Group Capability agenda. Our Growth Groups are a team of varied talents and expertise, and we therefore need a robust capability, learning and development agenda to match this.

This role is a tremendous opportunity for someone who has the capability to proactively design and deliver a holistic learning and development strategy from leader/management development, through to skill development journeys and building a sustainable learning culture. The role also requires immense operational expertise to deliver (and improve) learning programs.

We’ll look to you to roll-out the Growth Group’s Learning & Development strategy, ensuring outcomes support both business strategy and colleague experience, as well as current and future development needs of the Growth Groups.

We are a truly Global organization, and our People team reflects this, meaning you’ll be working with teams across our locations and countries, from Brazil to New York, from Mexico to the UK.

Here are some of the things you could be doing:
• Partner with business leaders to establish leader expectations and related behaviors that take into account our Growth Group strategic objectives, culture, and the current + future state of our leadership
• Have the ability to work with senior leadership across Marketing, Sales, Tech, Data and eCommerce, to develop robust and bespoke programs for each pillar
• Build the end-to-end design and development of core programming curriculum across multiple modalities including but not limited to onboarding, skill development journeys, foundational and functional upskilling & reskilling initiatives
• Communicate capability development strategies to senior leaders and key customers to gain feedback and buy-in inclusive of modifying the strategies based on feedback
• Partnering with Head of People and Talent Experiences to integrate leader expectations and behaviors into talent development processes.
• Develop and implement communication plans that advertise and develop engagement for learning and development initiatives.
• Manage the delivery of development programs including logistics, risk mitigation, etc.
• Identify and secure Learning and Development vendor partners responsible for delivering large scale programs, as well as monitor partner performance and attainment of contracted goals and outcomes in alignment with business team needs.
• Direct program effectiveness by executing on activation strategies to gauge participant’s performance during key learning program, while also identifying (and improving) program inconsistencies and deficiencies
• Establish tracking and measurement approach, and govern progress to report status to business unit leaders
• When necessary, complete executive updates and program report outs of learning & development health within designated business teams

Requirements
• Expert in skills and capability development
• Successfully built and owned L&D programs, leading the development from beginning to end
• Experience working in tech and data environments, understanding necessary capabilities
• Previous background working in a large cross matrixed organization
• Strong passion for learning and development
• Demonstrated resiliency in a large company environment
