Description:
Associates are given the task of driving public streets and areas, specifically targeting commercial districts and historical sites.
They're asked to thoroughly map a given area including all public streets, highways, and off and on ramps.
At times this will require specific areas to be driven multiple times due to poor weather and/or lighting conditions.
Associates must enjoy driving and be available for a minimum of 2 months.
Pay rate:
$15.

We are looking for a motivated and skillful individual to join our viral vaccines group at a Scientist level to co-lead our development of Dissolvable Microneedle Array Patch (D-MAP) vaccine delivery system.
Essential Functions...
• Co-lead the company's Dissolvable microneedle array patch work for multiple vaccine formulations.
• Oversee the work of Associate Scientists in the D-MAP group.
• Manage timelines and budgets following upper management
We are looking for a motivated and skillful individual to join our viral vaccines group at a Scientist level to co-lead our development of Dissolvable Microneedle Array Patch (D-MAP) vaccine delivery system.
Essential Functions...
• Co-lead the company's Dissolvable microneedle array patch work for multiple vaccine formulations.
• Oversee the work of Associate Scientists in the D-MAP group.
• Manage timelines and budgets following upper management pre-set objectives for the project.
• Design experiments and formulation studies, advance and select optimized lead formulations and evaluate their thermostability profiles in support of manufacturing of microneedle batches containing different viruses and vaccine /or antigens.
• Manage contract/outsourcing of research/manufacturing of Microneedles as needed.
• Work with other cross-functional teams to facilitate formulation development, analytical testing, and preclinical evaluation of microneedle-based vaccines.
• Write SOP and maintain proper lab notebook following internal data integrity procedures.
• In cooperation with the Viral Vaccine Group, Quality Assurance and Quality Control groups, perform engineering and GMP production batches.
• Design a pilot-scale automation process for the manufacture of > 300 MAPs per day.
• Present and summarize current work progress to supervisor(s) and external collaborators.
Non-Essential Functions:
Develop, maintain, and enhanced relationships with collaborators on product development activities as needed.
Job Specifications:
• Good scientific knowledge in formulation development. Proven experience on thermostable microneedle formulations is a plus.
• Experienced with virus titer assays development such as TCID50, plaque assays, qRT-PCR, or FFA.
• Knowledgeable on analytical techniques used with Microneedle testing such as porcine skin penetration, drug dissolution, viral titer assays.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and approving required documentation pertaining to the development and preparation of drug products under cGMP environment.
• Experience with the designing and/or conducting animal studies.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, allowing for an open and effective communication throughout the company.
• Attention to detail and quality parameters are critical to success.
• Highly motivated, decisive, and results-oriented individual with the flexibility and creativity to work independently and excel in and contribute to a rapidly growing company.
• Proven ability to manage a project, identify problems and bottlenecks and resolve issues to keep project on time and on budget.
Education Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree (MS/PhD) in polymer science, biochemistry, virology, bioengineering, or related scientific background with >2 years, or a BSc degree with > 4 years of Microneedle patch development experience.
