market, provide administrative support, and teach in the graduate
program (M.S. in Geographic Information Systems) and graduate

as needed. This position will collaborate extensively with the
Office of Admission to grow enrollment for the graduate GIS program

Minimum Qualifications
• Ph.D. preferred; Masters in GIS plus five years research or
professional experience or additional credentialing/licensure will

• Flexibility to teach courses in all modalities (Masters &
Certificate –online; undergraduate –
day/night/online/in-person)
• Knowledge of ArcGIS Pro, including extensions, and ArcGIS

• Familiarity with other apps and Esri tools, such as Hub,
StoryMaps, ArcScene
• Familiarity with presenting location-based analytics using
intuitive and interactive data visualizations; remote sensing,
geoprocessing, applying analysis tools and applications to a
variety of disciplines; and cartographic skills
Preferred Qualifications

Additional Functions
• Collaborates with the health care team for patient care delivery that considers age and developmental status needs.

Qualifications
• Exhibits personal characteristics that enhance the effectiveness of the role, including
excellent interpersonal communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Communicates clearly in English, both written and oral.
Education
• Masters in nursing in area of expertise.
• Current CPR Certification maintained.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience. Certification in area of specialty required.
