Professional Experience & Competencies:
• The candidate must be an experienced attorney with the requisite legal background and interpersonal skills to function successfully in a highly visible and challenging position and be able to interact with business and legal leadership
• 8 or more years of experience in a major law firm and/or company handling privacy laws, regulations, and standards in multiple jurisdictions
