The Sr. Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) collaborates with business leaders, Centers of Excellence and Corporate team members to design and execute an employee experience and talent strategy that enables their business units to achieve business outcomes. What You'll Do:

• Translate business unit strategy and create long-term business-specific HR strategies to drive the successful completion of business unit goals

What You'll Need:

• Demonstrate the ability to trouble shoot, analyze, and immediately correct problems associated with loading, shipping, receiving, and shipping finished goods
• Complete and repost pre and post use inspections and reports for all equipment employed
• Maintaining accurate records as required by regulatory agencies

What We’re Looking For:
• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year or more of warehouse or distribution experience preferred. Demonstrated good work habits
• Reliable in both attendance and in performance of duties
• Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives.
• Availability for work on night shift
• Operate large vehicles and other equuipment Safely and within Safe Standard Operating Procedures
• Ability to read, write, and speak English, and to communicate in writing and verbally
