The Tall Emu Sales Specialist is accountable for attracting new customers to Tall Emu and delivering revenue growth via multiple lead generation channels. This will be a great step for a current sales rep to drive significant value into MYOB and our customer base.

The Role
Being a Senior Developer at MYOB means having a curious approach, and being involved in the following:
- Delivering software regularly to our customers using lean and systems thinking
- Technical discovery work as a means of understanding legacy systems and documenting how they work, while identifying potential solutions to problems that MYOB will be solving on it's SaaS journey
- Work with multiple tech stacks including .Net, Node.js , React, Serverless, Containerisation, Kubernetes, and using AWS (extensively) and Azure (occasionally).
- Design, build, test and deploy software solutions including APIs, serverless and microservices
Drive continuous improvement in our development and DevOps practices
To be considered, you will need:
- Strong programming skills
- Design and development of highly scalable, high performance systems
- An understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts
- Proven experience in TDD, DevOps, Clean Code and Event Driven Architecture
- Open to learning other languages and frameworks that support our technical direction

The Role
Being a Senior Developer at MYOB means having a curious approach, and being involved in the following:
- Delivering software regularly to our customers using lean and systems thinking
- Technical discovery work as a means of understanding legacy systems and documenting how they work, while identifying potential solutions to problems that MYOB will be solving on it's SaaS journey
- Work with multiple tech stacks including .Net, Node.js , React, Serverless, Containerisation, Kubernetes, and using AWS (extensively) and Azure (occasionally).
- Design, build, test and deploy software solutions including APIs, serverless and microservices
Drive continuous improvement in our development and DevOps practices
To be considered, you will need:
- Strong programming skills
- Design and development of highly scalable, high performance systems
- An understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts
- Proven experience in TDD, DevOps, Clean Code and Event Driven Architecture
- Open to learning other languages and frameworks that support our technical direction
- Care about delivering a great product as well as how it’s performing in market
- An understanding of some cloud platforms and CI/CD would be an amazing addition too!

As part of the Group Finance team, seconded to a transformation program, you will play a central role in redefining the Order to Cash (OTC) process as the business implements new purchasing and billing systems.
This program is more than a system implementation, it is a back-office transformation program. As such, the role is broad, covering all aspects of the order-to-cash process to guide MYOB in making the best decisions as we reinvent our billing systems, processes and reporting.
The role
- Own the creation of new end-to-end OTC processes, by defining the ‘to be’ processes with an understanding of the accounting implications, finance systems integrations, system controls and reporting to ensure operations are balanced;
- Lead the ‘out of the box/zero customisations’ thinking to drive the transformation of our back office;
- Define and build new standard reporting requirements to support Group Finance & operational decision-making and regulatory compliance;
- Define and implement system controls and establish processes for ongoing management of system changes;
- Be responsible for the management of external audit oversight of the program, including system control reviews; and
- Be a change agent to communicate optimally and efficiently on the project and support the longer-term value creation for the business.

An integral part of the Payroll team, this is a fixed term role, specifically focusing on MYOB's New Zealand staff.
Playing an important role in the entire employee life cycle, you'll process pays, manage legislative lodgements, complete end of month processes (reconciliation and reporting) and work with key stakeholders - Employee Experience, Group Finance and Commercial Finance. This key role helps to ensure payment of accurate and on time entitlements to employees whilst driving continuous improvement.
The Role
- To manage the New Zealand payroll function, ensuring that all related processes are completed and reviewed within the appropriate timeframes and comply with relevant legislation
- Provide and prepare final pay calculations
- Provide timely customer services to resolve all payroll queries and make adhoc decisions when required
- Preparation and processing of the monthly payroll by the 15th of each month, fortnightly, manual payrolls and cash re-reimbursements for New Zealand Payrolls
- Update all remuneration changes accurately and process back pays appropriately
- Liaise with People and Performance regarding all new employees, contracts and Terms & Conditions and ensure employees are set up accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain payments/reconciliations lodgement of WorkCover, PAYG, Payroll Tax, ACC, PAYE IR345, IR348 and super
- Other ad hoc payroll related tasks
