We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a Senior Account Executive for our United States Team based in San Francisco or New York City.
What you'll be responsible for in this role:
• Sourcing, developing, and managing business relationships
• Source and manage business development opportunities that are consistent with the company's strategy for strong revenue growth to include green field opportunities
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and their key personnel
• Identifying and developing business opportunities with existing clients
• Assisting in developing strategies and materials in support of the Company's overall sales and business development effort
What experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role:
• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with 5+ years of experience selling into Financial Institutions and fintech/card issuing space
• Proven experience in payments or issuer processing
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport both internally and externally
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fluid and fast-paced business environments
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within and across teams
• Ability to grow into leadership positions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce

Please note that the range reflects base salary only and that we do not expect to hire for this position near the top of the range.
