Work Performed And Job Requirements

• Monitors, tracks, and reports on the project schedule, deliverable deadlines, and ensures timely delivery of all work products

Education/Training

The Records Management Business Project Advisor will serve as a subject matter expert and advocate as we advance the maturity of Cigna's Records Management program. The Advisor will provide ongoing critical analysis of Cigna's Records Management processes with the goal of driving ongoing process improvement, efficiency, and optimization; to accomplish this, the Advisor will employ creative problem solving in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the program. The Advisor will partner with Business Champions, Technology, and other stakeholders, to drive successful deployment and ongoing compliance with Cigna's Records Management program. The Advisor will navigate competing priorities of cross-functional partners and work via influence to advance the understanding of and compliance with our Records Management program. Qualifications:

• Must have strong working knowledge of MS office, Visio, Project and SharePoint
• Must be equally strong in planning, executing, and closing of projects
• Must have strong organizational skills, including identifying stakeholders, arranging/managing meetings and follow-ups
• This is a project funded role.
• Must have ability to navigate day-to-day activities and look into the bigger picture to identify risks and issues proactively
