Statement of Purpose: Provide the experience, knowledge, and support required by the Residents for their health concerns and comfort. This position reports directly to the Director of Resident Services and is non-exempt from overtime pay.
Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
· Know the medical policies and procedures

· Greet all residents and visitors of La Loma Village in a friendly, cheerful and professional manner.
· Maintain a clean personal appearance and wear the designated uniform required by the department dress code.
· Know the facility emergency procedures and assist in emergency drills.
· Assist with the Customer Service desk as needed with checking people in and out, accepting and dispensing packages; operating the telephone system and recording a Resident’s change of status.
· Report all irregularities or needed repairs observed during daily activities.
· Cost control: Treat company assets responsibly.

• Complete various surveys of tied down units as required.
• Handle guest and resident questions and complaints directly or refer them to the appropriate department.
• Treat sites, both manufactured home and RV, for fire ant infestation as requested and as a normal procedure when spotting units on site.
• Oversee the sales of sewer donuts and electrical adapters (if applicable).
• Complete site measurements as requested.
• Deliver special packages and/or one-day mail to appropriate sites.
• Assist with coverage at the main gate.
• Routinely check resort amenities (i.e.: pools) for unregistered guests.
• Tag vehicles for removal by owner at unrented transient sites.
• Follow safety procedures while performing duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Education (some HS education required)
• General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, electrical and grounds maintenance
• Proficient skills in operating various power equipment and hand tools

Statement of Purpose: To provide direction to nursing personnel related to the application of the skilled nursing services being provided for the care and comfort of the Care Center residents and Assisted Living residents in conjunction with the mission, goals and objectives of the Care Center/Assisted Living. • In cases of severe disciplinary problems, may suspend and send home an employee if the circumstances so indicate.

• Responsible for carrying out and recording physicians' orders in a timely manner.

Statement of Purpose: To provide direction to nursing personnel related to the application of the skilled nursing services being provided for the care and comfort of the Care Center residents and Assisted Living residents in conjunction with the mission, goals and objectives of the Care Center/Assisted Living. This position will require working within a Medicare environment. This position reports to the Director of Nursing and is exempt from overtime pay.
Major Tasks, Duties, And Responsibilities
• Has the responsibility and authority of disciplining the Certified Nursing Assistants and LPNs.
• In cases of severe disciplinary problems, may suspend and send home an employee if the circumstances so indicate.
• Available to listen and take corrective action regarding the concerns raised by a resident, a member of the resident's family, visitor, or facility personnel.
• Responsible for carrying out and recording physicians' orders in a timely manner.
• Have a working knowledge of facility policies and procedures.
• Have a working knowledge of State and Federal rules and regulations.
• Regularly attend staff and in-service meetings.
• In some instances, will assist in orientation of new employees and be responsible for input in the evaluation of the new employee.
• Will assist in completing the paperwork for resident admissions.
• May have to fill in when a nurse is absent.
• Assist with contacting staff or agency to fill positions when there is a call-off.
• Oversees and assists nursing staff with medication pass and charting as needed.
• Oversees and assists the Assisted Living staff with medication pass and charting as needed.
• Updates Resident Care Plans as needed.
• Possess a working competency in IV administration, venipuncture, and central line maintenance.
• Conduct tours of the facility as required.
• Conducts facility admissions on the weekends, including reviewing clinical charts, communicating with referral sources, verifying insurances, and arranging transportation to the HRC.
• All other duties as assigned by the Nursing Management team and the facility Administrator.
