What you'll do.

THE ROLE : Omni Channel Business Development Lead

The Omni Business Development Lead is responsible for leading channel strategy and delivering topline revenue with a focus on Target.

com, Walmart.com and other strategic e-retailers. This role will drive a strategic vision and clear roadmap to deliver success in an ever-changing E-commerce space.

They will partner cross functionally with departments including organic and paid marketing, retail sales, brand, operations, and finance to deliver against department goals and total company OKRs.

They will represent our channel and brand with key retail buyers leveraging digital expertise to expand e-retail and brick and mortar product opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead key e-retail strategy end to end ensuring frictionless assortment aligned with Brick-and-Mortar sales initiatives.

Identify and vet new channel opportunities in line with brand and department strategy.
• Maintain short term and long-term product pipeline for core e-retail channel. Partner with Director of Omni Channel and Product Team's to identify and test new product opportunities in line with brick-and-mortar objectives.
• Deliver business and revenue objectives measured against key OKRs and in line with department P&L goals.
• Work closely with e-retail marketing team to identify areas of focus based on sales trends and business objectives. Use assortment strategy and understanding of competitor landscape to assist in winning campaign development.
• Partner cross functionally with Operations on 3PL programs across e-retail to ensure proper instocks.
• Measure and report on KPIs. Communicate key insights and trends to direct, cross-functional, and external partners.
• Partner cross functionally with Creative Services and Content Mgmt. Lead to deliver a best in class branded experience across key e-retail marketplaces that drives education and conversion.
• Represent digital channel in partnership with Retail Sales Managers in biweekly / monthly meetings with Buyers. Pitch new items, discuss strategy, and areas of growth opportunity for the business.

PASSION & PURPOSE

CAPABILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, business, science or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in eCommerce. A focus on Walmart.com or Target.com is a plus.
• A background in owning and managing e-retail channels inclusive of annual forecasts, product pipeline, and delivering on monthly topline and bottom-line revenue goals.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities and actionable insights that are not readily apparent and clearly communicate them to a diverse set of stakeholders in understandable and actionable ways.
• Understanding of full digital marketing funnel. Experience partnering with paid and organic marketing teams to deliver against channel goals.
• Strong track record of effective collaboration with creative / brand marketing and product management teams.
• Experience distilling channel performance and conveying in a compelling fashion to internal and external partners.
• Experience in growth-stage company highly preferred.
