Provide expert advice and authoritative information to business partners throughout the Mint on a wide variety of highly complex, controversial, and sensitive HR Programs problems and issues. Serve as the Mint's subject-matter expert on compensation programs. Serve as a principal subject-matter expert or a liaison with other organizations, provides authoritative information regarding staffing and recruitment related policies, precedents, and regulations.
