Resource for complete description of Gigabyte BIOS options?

Gigabyte recently published a BIOS update that affected pretty much all boards in support due to security concerns. The way it is described in BIOS is in contradiction to what most people read it as though in BIOS. Took some chatter with a few other members in a different forum to verify what I had found on my own.
