JustAnswer scam and solution. Hi! As you might be aware, JustAnswer states upon creating an account that you only have to pay $1 for signing up, but will charge you $30 immediately and continue to do so monthly. There is a simple fix to this if it happened to you — speak with customer service.

Once you sign up for JustAnswer, you'll automatically be charged each month until you cancel your service.

Just to bring this back so people don't fall I to the same trap I did do not use JustAnswer for medical questions. It is a total scam. They will tell you that there is a $1 fee totally refundable for one question and then charge you $46 for a membership you did not want because you only had one question.
