Yup, nexus is the biggest. Moddrop has quite a few and naver has really cute ones ( but is a pain to navigate if you're non-Korean xc ). Some old ones can be found on chucklefish forums. For smapi mods ( not content packs ) you can browse the smapi compatibility list -> https://smapi.io/mods. There are also some ppl who post their mods on blogs ...

Stardew Valley 1.6 isn't available on Android yet, and we can only start porting SMAPI once 1.6 goes live on Android. It should hopefully be much easier to port SMAPI + mods to Android in Stardew Valley 1.6, since it'll no longer have a different base framework. The original maintainer of SMAPI on Android seems to be away.
