ShipBob is a solid 3PL depending on your needs. They're one of the largest, have warehouses worldwide, and powerful software. I personally think though if you aren't doing tens of thousands of orders a month it may make more sense to go with a smaller partner who's more focused on you. We've used Shipbob for about 14 months, and have grown a lot during that time and shipbob has been a great part of that. The Shipbob distributed inventory program is a huge win, and really helped speed up deliveries. The software is great and the ability to have custom rules is really helpful.

Shipbob is not a 3PL. Shipbob is not a 3PL. They are a software company selling their WMS to other warehouse operators. You can expect high costs, a difficult system and just generally poor service.

Overall, ShipBob is a good 3PL, which is why I have rated them 4-stars. I would give 5-stars to our account manager, Ritesh, who is always jumping in and helping us with day-to-day items. He is very communicative and supportive and we are appreciative of his commitment to our account. Date of experience: April 18, 2024.

I recently ran into this 3PL company called ShipBob. It seems that they have around 10-12 fulfilment centres in the USA and that they provide super fast shipping. On their website, they claim to provide 2-day delivery throughout the USA! Obviously, such a statement of two-day delivery is fantastic. So, I was thinking of asking you guys.

With the UPS Small Business Plan, I'm paying $10.83 for 10 lbs zone 8, and Shipbob wants $33.48. ShipBob probably ships more in an hour than I do in a year. There's no way their UPS rates are more than what I am paying. I understand they need to make a profit, but 3x ground seems insane.
