The quality was far from what one would expect from a genuine Louis Vuitton item. After closer inspection, it became clear that the bag was a fake. The fact that a reputable platform like Shopbop would sell counterfeit products is incredibly disappointing. I feel deceived and am highly dissatisfied with this purchase.

Shopbop has amazing service. Shopbop has amazing service, shipping to Canada is free and duties are included within the final price at checkout. As well, their sales are always amazing and I've scored some MAJOR deals on designer items. Not once did I have a problem with shipping or a bad quality item.

A decade with Shopbop! I'm a bit late to party (a decade, in fact) writing this review but I just want to rave about Shopbop! I'm a U.K. customer and a massive Marc Jacobs fan; I have religiously bought my MJ pieces from Shopbop since 2011 as the collection is often quite limited and really expensive in the U.K.

Bad feeling - resolved. It's my first time with shopbop. I ordered a pair of pants almost one week ago. The parcel was sent with UPS. Since yesterday while tracking my package it says: "Delay: Emergency Situation or Severe Weather, Istanbul, Turkey" .
