Booking through Tourradar. Communication with the company was quick to get answers. It was easy to do the booking online. Took about 2 days to get confirmation for the tour I booked. After reading all of the positive reviews I called and spoke with Jack at TourRadar. He was extremely helpful and answered our questions. We then ended up booking with TourRadar and so far, our experience has been seamless and very easy. The Website and account is easy to navigate. Date of experience: 21 May 2024.

I followed TourRadar's instuctions for bookings. The booking was not made correctly. Although we identified the issue within 2 days, TourRadar did not make any effort to correct the issue or modify the reservation. Very unprofessional and unethical. Date of experience: June 07, 2024. customer.
