Required Qualifications
• Access to a headset and microphone, computer, and strong internet connection
• Excellent verbal communication, listening skills, and a clear, consistent speaking voice
• Sitting or standing comfortably for the duration of an event (up to 90 minutes)
• Multitasking between listening, speaking, and typing
• Managing projects, working independently, and closely following instructions
• Completing a background check before starting to work
• Excellent command of English usage, grammar, and punctuation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
Location

Compensation

The FP&A Analyst is responsible for driving the budgeting and forecasting processes around revenue, margin and expenses, as well as generating various reports and analyses to support management and business decision-making. DAY TO DAY:
• Maintain primary responsibility for the timely and accurate production of monthly departmental reporting, comparing Actual results to Budget and Forecast. Analyze financial statement variances and provide relevant commentary, identifying issues and highlighting trends to assist management with their decision-making.

The Senior Accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned. This will include having a significant role in the month-end close process, and supporting continued growth and improvements to business processes. Were looking to add someone to the team who has a solid working knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), strong financial analysis skills, is highly organized, and is eager to be part of a quickly growing and evolving company. The role will report directly to the Accounting Manager and will afford the candidate the opportunity to work directly with the CFO and other members of senior management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Play a significant role in the month-end financial statement close process for all locations, including preparation of journal entries, balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations,
• Prepare the consolidated month-end financial reporting package and various financial analyses for review with Senior Director of Finance and the CFO
• Propose and drive process improvements around the month end close, financial reporting, and other business cycles
• Support ERP integrations and consolidation of business processes for acquired businesses
• Research and analyze data to answer both internal and external accounting and financial questions from various stakeholders
• Ensure the company is applying new accounting standards appropriately and in compliance with GAAP
• Support the annual audit, working closely with the external auditors
• Assist in various special projects as the need arises
Position Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
• 3+ years public or private accounting experience, CPA is a plus
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Proactive and hardworking with a strong desire to succeed
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Detail oriented and organized
• Strong critical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills
• Great team player that works well within and outside of the finance department
