888 North America is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Creative Lead to join our dynamic marketing team and lead our in-house studio. As the Brand Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative strategies to strengthen our brand presence and drive customer engagement. You will be responsible for creating compelling marketing assets and leading a team of designers and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

As the Senior Creative Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various 888 brands including Sports Illustrated Sportsbook and Sports Illustrated Casino and take 888 to the next level of gaming.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute creative strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Lead a team of 4 (global) designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing assets including digital ads, social media content, videos, print collateral, and website graphics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product to ensure brand consistency and alignment
• Oversee the entire creative process from concept development to final execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying innovative ideas to enhance brand positioning and creative output.
• Provide constructive feedback to the creative team to foster continuous improvement and maintain high standards of quality.
• Manage external agencies and/or freelancers, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of outsourced projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to measure the effectiveness of creative assets and make data-driven optimizations.
• Stay up-to-date with market and consumer insights, ensuring the brand remains relevant and resonates with the target audience.

Job Requierments
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in brand creative development, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team with a focus on design or art direction
• Proven track record of creating compelling marketing assets across various channels and platforms.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and inspiring creative teams.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with video editing tools.
• Excellent understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing and design.
