As the Casino Commercial Manager for our Canada division, your role is to oversee and lead the business local commercial endeavors. You are responsible for driving growth and profitability by ensuring the highest level of customer experience, developing an attractive product offering, effective brand marketing, and monitoring market competitive intelligence.

To fulfill your responsibilities, you will need to work closely with various departments, including Product, Marketing and Customer Service.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Include
• Ownership of the market’s customer journey. You will Collaborate with CTV, GMS and CRM teams to: Optimize ACQ efforts, develop targeted marketing campaigns, Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Product marketing manager to introduce new features to enhance CX and differentiate the brand from competitors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and gaps in the product offering.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop effective promotions and incentives.
• that drive customer engagement.
• Analyze competitors' product offering, promotions, and marketing strategies to inform product development and brand marketing.
• Monitor customer feedback and adjust offering accordingly to improve customer satisfaction.

• Ensure that the product offering remains competitive and relevant.

Job Requierments
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience..

• Experience in developing and executing successful online marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive business decisions.
