Your Role

As an Associate Auto Claims Advisor, your responsibilities include handling non-injury claims. You will be verifying and explaining coverages, conducting liability investigations, and advising customers of your liability decision. You will be setting expectations about the claims process with the member, obtaining police reports, and witness statements, reaching out to other adjusters from varying insurance companies, and keeping the member informed of the claim status.

Procurement’s mission is to provide value to the business through our supplier activities. • Effectively coordinate with the procurement team and other internal team-members to identify capable diverse suppliers and support the RFP process and related procurement activities to advance diversity initiatives.

• Support efforts to identify, develop and mentor diverse business enterprises to compete for procurement and sourcing opportunities

Responsibilities
• As the Procurement Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Sustainability Lead you will partner closely with the Procurement Organization and cross-functional stakeholders to build and execute strategies that create and grow concrete procurement opportunities for Diverse businesses along with identify Diverse Supplier Partners where we will invest in their continued growth

• Convenient Store Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM to 5:30PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 1PM (37.5 hour work week, no Sundays)
• The pay range for this role is $14.50 TO $18.50/hour , based on experience and location

What you’ll do:
• Consistently up-sell/cross-sell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals
• Plan domestic travel vacations (car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books and, triptiks)
• Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumes

What we are looking for:
• Have a high school diploma/GED
• Minimum of six (6) months of sales/customer service experience
• Have effective communication skills both written and oral
• Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs
• Ability to read maps and geography knowledge a plus
