Routine Tasks include loading/filing of incoming well/log data, providing information for and evaluating plats/permit well plans, geological maps for AFE packets, staking requests, downloading and dissemination of well data from IHS and state databases, onboarding of seismic data (SEGY), metadata entry into internal info bases, project building, and creation of maps/PPT displays
• QA/QC related to database maintenance/cleanup while ensuring data quality and integrity within multiple projects across several software platforms
• Provide mapping and general GIS support and collaboration across multiple departments withing the organization
• Intellectual curiosity, a passion to think creatively, and a desire to learn and create value
• Must be accountable, a team player, ability to multi-task, attention to detail and accuracy of work, possess strong data management skills, and have the ability to adapt to a changing and fast paced working environment
• A self-starter able to work both independently as well as a collaborative team player in a multi-disciplined environment with excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Strong data management capabilities
• Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills are required
