Summary:

Age of Learning School Solutions is experiencing tremendous growth because of our groundbreaking early education solutions and talented executive team. To continue this trajectory, we're searching for a highly qualified Senior Revenue Operations Manager (SROM) to support the division’s Chief Revenue Officer.

The SROM will have an immediate impact and encapsulates the direction that drives our teams forward while also acting as the glue to ease communications and processes and create a united approach. You will work on the School Solution’s top priorities, at its strategic core and amplify our CRO’s productivity by working with him on major initiatives, getting projects executed and going smoothly, and taking the lead on projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
• In partnership with the CRO drive the School solutions vision and strategy and ensure appropriate execution.
• Lead or partner on special projects driven by the CRO across all areas of the company.
• Assist daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks including, but not limited to managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining files, planning, and coordinating annual/quarterly corporate meetings, association partners, and lobbyists.
• Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness in existing operations and help to define new operational strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
• Support KPI monitoring and communication by engaging with other key Schools Division executives to foster understanding and communication about how we will track, cascading the information and all the pertinent details to the team.
• Set up standardized formal quarterly reporting cycle with executives - including developing informative reporting decks, following cadenced reviews meetings, and ensuring the relevance of content, quality, and frequency.
• Proactively identify gaps and inefficiencies across the business and provide solutions/recommendations.
• Anticipate the needs of the CRO and organization, enabling the leadership team to operate more effectively and efficiently.
• Research ideas generated in executive meetings to develop them into presentations for senior leadership.
• Overseeing strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the Schools Division CRO and collaboration with other executive team members.
• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
• Review, design, and execute improvements to the Schools Division find knowledge, process, communications, and skills gaps, and develop appropriate processes.
• Coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
• SROM will ensure that Schools Solutions executives are constantly remaining in touch with the CRO through close interaction and identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related field and/or consulting experience in Operations Management.
• 5-7 years in a business or executive management role in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven experience with budget management.
• Excellent project management skills with experience organizing multiple teams and departments in addition to planning and leading strategic initiatives.

Summary

National Curriculum Specialist, Math will play a lead role in supporting the school’s team with the My Math Academy program. Your contributions will make a meaningful difference by improving AofL’s understanding of the school’s market, the users we serve, as well as what product enhancements and messaging resonates most among our users. Your keen expertise with the Science of Math and the My Math Academy product will ensure the support you provide to the school’s team is pedagogically sound and infused with best practices.

Responsibilities:
• Become an expert on the company’s products with a focus on math and use that expertise during sales, marketing, product management, and customer success conversations.
• Develop a deep understanding of the issues faced by educators in the classroom and administrators at the campus/district level and use this knowledge to inform sales and marketing messaging.
• Stay abreast on the latest educational trends at the local, state, and national level and inform school’s team on actionable next steps.
• Collaborate with sales for planning of strategic approach to top 100 districts including optimal messaging to reach and engage elementary curriculum leaders such as Chief Academic Officers, Assistant Superintendents and Directors of Math and consult on how to properly position My Math Academy to these stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in curriculum design or instructional leadership at the district level
• Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent
• Extensive experience in curriculum planning and design in the area of mathematics, K-12 (e.g., planning at the district or state-wide level; planning and design for commercial curriculum developers, etc.)

ABCmouse Early Learning Academy offers a research-validated curriculum for preschool, pre-k, kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade with more than 10,000 individual Learning Activities and more than 850 complete lessons along our Step-by-Step Learning Path.

What does the study involve?
• We are hiring Research Assessor's to administer an achievement test to children as part of a research study being conducted during Spring 2023.
• You will participate in a training to administer the test 1-on-1 with children in the Los Angeles area
• You will travel to one or more early childhood education centers to participate in 3 test administrations during Summer 2023 (end of July). Each test administration will last 1-2 weeks.
• You can commit to as few as 15 hours per week, or as many as 25 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications:

Summary:

As the Customer Experience Manager, you are responsible for helping execute the vision of Age of Learning’s customer experience. In this role, you are responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with Age of Learning’s goals and objectives to support our customers and get the answers they need. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customers receive a seamless and positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
Digital Customer Care

• Develop and manage the digital customer journey to provide quick and efficient customer service to our users, deflecting contacts with AI-enhanced self-service, through seamless handover to a live agent when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Define and manage processes for handling customer inquiries and technical issues as they migrate through various channels, including social, app stores, email, chat, and phone, and ensure timely and effective resolution.

Summary:
The Senior Community Moderator is focused on fostering, protecting and engaging our parent, caregiver, teacher and kid-focused communities. For adults, the focus is moderating our App Store, Facebook and other online interactions. For Adventure Academy, you you will review the chat logs of our customers, ages 8 – 11, to ensure content is age appropriate and provides a safe environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to caregivers and teachers reaching out to Age of Learning in our App Stores, Facebook and other social media properties
• Engage customers, caregivers and teachers and help increase engagement within our private Facebook groups
• Monitor live in-game chat, chat logs and in-game user submitted content
• Review account usernames and review for possible use of personal information and inappropriate language
• Identify tactics that attempt to bypass chat filters and make suggestions for improvement
• Meet regularly with legal team to escalate and evaluate chat-related risks
• Assist with creating and monitoring community message boards
• Whitelist content as necessary
• Act as a liaison between the customer and our customer service team, by extracting chat log information from within the game
• Stay current on COPPA Compliance standards, and ensure product is staying within compliance guidelines
• Manage community moderation personnel to enable a safe environment for our users that meets SLAs determined by legal and business teams
• Manage external and internal software vendors to ensure consistent moderation service quality, including requesting new features, as well as enhancements to existing features

Required Qualifications:
• Prior experience working on a MMO in a community moderator role or similar capacity
• Prior experience managing people
• Detail Oriented, able to identify when something is inappropriate
• Internet savvy, with a basic proficiency in MS Office
• Must be comfortable with reviewing and discussing content that may be offensive or inappropriate
• Fluent in English and knowledgeable of slang terms and colloquialisms

Age of Learning is seeking a 3D Animator for its “My Math Academy” Team. The ideal candidate is an even-keel, hands-on Maya 3D Animator with a strong understanding of animation concepts within a game production. This person should be an expert in animation fundamentals, game production knowledge, and time budget management. The 3D Animator is responsible for the delivery of expertly crafted animation that will delight and enlighten children around the world.

Along with Animation, the 3D Animator will be involved in other technical task such as rigging, skinning, exporting of mobile-ready assets and Unity implementation work. We are seeking experienced Software Engineers to join the My Reading Academy product team. You will help us build high-performance web and mobile applications using existing standards and conventions, and you will also contribute to the product architecture.
