This includes high profile partnering with operational leaders for demand planning, capacity planning and forecasting in a best in class biotech.
Maintain consistent alignment between the finance teams and infrastructure teams as you manage transactions associated with its fixed assets (purchases, sales, transfers)
Manage monthly financial closing processes for all assets' activity in the GL inclusive of all account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts
Review new or amended lease agreements to ensure that all related data is accurate for controls and reporting purposes.
Manage monthly lease payments and provide financials for external financial statements
Supervise the submission of rent invoices to sublessees and track cash receipts
Maintain all documentation required for internal controls over financial reporting in compliance with SOX
Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
5+ years of accounting experience with at least 2+ years of GAAP experience (ASC 842 knowledge)
Advanced Excel skills
Strong communication and partnering skills
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company ideal
Biotech / pharma experience a plus
