Duties
• The Federal Preservation Officer serves as the Commission’s cultural resource management expert and as the Commission’s technical expert for compliance with Section 106 and Section 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
• The Federal Preservation Officer will use accepted and common, as well as state-of-the-art, anthropological, archeological, ethnographic, historical, and cultural resource management/historic preservation
Duties
• The Federal Preservation Officer serves as the Commission’s cultural resource management expert and as the Commission’s technical expert for compliance with Section 106 and Section 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
• The Federal Preservation Officer will use accepted and common, as well as state-of-the-art, anthropological, archeological, ethnographic, historical, and cultural resource management/historic preservation procedures and techniques to ensure that the Commission’s undertakings, under Section 106 and Section 110 comply with the NHPA and similar environmental compliance-regulations and rules such as the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

• The Federal Preservation Officer serves as the Commission’s cultural resource management expert and as the Commission’s technical expert for compliance with Section 106 and Section 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
• The Federal Preservation Officer will use accepted and common, as well as state-of-the-art, anthropological, archeological, ethnographic, historical, and cultural resource management/historic preservation procedures and techniques to ensure that the Commission’s undertakings, under Section 106 and Section 110 comply with the NHPA and similar environmental compliance-regulations and rules such as the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
