Apply relevant ESG standards and frameworks (e.g., SASB, GRI, etc.) to define goals for the company and partner effectively to track progress against these goals. What you will bring to Acorns:

years of senior-level strategic finance experience with investor relations, public equity analysis and/or investment banking required. Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred. Experience within a publicly traded consumer facing company is preferred. Strong knowledge of equity and debt capital markets, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and corporate finance Demonstrated ability to build and maintain credibility with senior leaders, investors and analysts in the investment community based on expertise and diplomacy. Outstanding oral and written communication skills and presentation skills, including technical writing experience with the ability to communicate financial and other industry specific information to a financial audience. Demonstrated financial acumen skills and understanding of accounting, financial analysis and valuation. Ability to synthesize business and financial information clearly, translate and effectively communicate analytical data to non-technical professionals. Prior ownership over the creation of ESG or CSR reporting process Knowledge of ESG topics, reporting standards (SASB, GRI, etc.) and Strong written and presentations skills for high-visibility storytelling, adept at synthesizing complex inputs from multiple stakeholders. Self-directed with ability to build on high level strategy as well as roll up your sleeves to execute Willingness to develop a focused team and build best practices with cross functional teams in finance, operations and legal.
