Your research and discoveries will play a pivotal role, influencing programmatic decisions throughout the customer lifecycle. Most importantly, your commitment to objectivity and integrity, with a collaborative approach will set you up for success within this team of award-winning marketers.

What your day could consist of:
• Own monthly KPI reporting for Marketing and create dashboards that allow stakeholders to quickly access and review data trends
• Analyze data across different digital marketing channels (Paid, SEO, Social, etc.) to identify factors that drive customer growth
• Report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, including multi-touch attribution campaign performance, customer acquisition cost and Marketing ROI
• Analyze website data and provide recommendations to improve our site engagement and performance
• Provide recommendations on Marketing and Product enhancements by analyzing user behavior across different stages of the customer lifecycle
• Partner with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to maintain data integrity and identify changes needed to databases to support marketing initiatives
• Collaborate cross functionally with Finance, Central Ops and customer facing teams to build a holistic view of our customers

What is needed:
• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a business analyst role
• Intermediate experience with writing and optimizing SQL queries
• Experience with any analytical/visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with leveraging data to optimize programs
• A love of the customer and a desire to optimize their buying experience
• Naturally driven to endlessly explore new angles toward identifying gaps, trends, and opportunities
• Results-oriented self-starter with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Experience in SaaS and serving the SMB market is a plus
• Experience with Google or Adobe suite of products (Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
• Experience with R, Python is preferred

• Program Activation — welcomes and onboards new referral partners (individual affiliates, networks, or agencies) to the program, leading to successful ongoing referrals from partners
• Partner communication and engagement — maintains open communication with partners, communicates important ActiveCampaign and program updates promptly, fosters community and ongoing engagement
• Program optimization — applies a disciplined and analytical approach to measure KPIs and outcomes, gains deep understanding of what’s working for partners and what resonates with end customers, using these insights and feedback to identify new opportunities that strengthen the program
• Consistently maintains program standards and enforces program policies, monitors overall program health and partner activities, identifies underperforming partners, driving remedial initiatives or terminating misaligned relationships
• Develops and drives joint go-to-market business plans with key referral partners, including quarterly business reviews to uncover opportunities for growth
• Advocates for partner feedback with appropriate teams to help inform design, creation, and implementation of referral resources

What is needed:
• 5 years of proven experience, minimum 3 years in SaaS, martech and CRM
• Previous experience in agency program management and growth marketing preferred
• Experience managing large and/or complex partnerships and programs, ability to identify and prioritize unique, high-impact initiatives, motivate and influence partners to deliver exceptional joint outcomes
• Strategic thinking balanced with strong operations mindset, creative problem solving and attention to detail
• Proactive and initiative within change and ambiguity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

What Your Day Could Consist of:

-Managing a pipeline of active deals from qualification to close

-Learn and communicate ActiveCampaign's product offerings to prospects and customers

-Consistently prospect and generate leads to maintain a full sales pipeline

-Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue goals monthly

-Consulting with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs

-Conducting demos and/or discovery calls and successfully managing all phases of the selling process

What Is Needed:

-1-3 years of quota carrying experience, preferably in a SaaS solution selling environment

-Proven track record of successfully hitting or going above quota on a consistent basis

-Knowledge of the email & online marketing space

-Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
