BASIC FUNCTIONS:
• Accounts Receivable – daily invoicing, monthly collections, sales order maintenance, vendor forms
• Accounts Payable – purchase order maintenance, credit card reconciliation
• Multiple bank account reconciliations, maintain bank relationships
• Balance Sheet accruals and prepaid expenses maintenance
• Prepare bi-weekly payroll
• Prepare monthly payroll commission statements
• Prepare monthly multiple state sales tax returns
• Review monthly financial statements – audit accounts for accuracy
• Prepare specialized reports from accounting system to Sales Manager & President
• Work closely with sales reps to assist with paperwork requirements
• Work with Sales Manager on quarterly sales goals
• Oversee Order Management Specialist
• Assist with HR related duties in coordination with the Operations Manager
• Perform other related duties as may be requested by the President
