Position Summary:
Work directly with National Account Management Specialists to proactively coordinate support functions within the National Account Operations Center for 1 Touch Plus National Account customers.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities include the following. The National Account Support Coordinator may be expected to perform some or all of the duties listed and complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Establish good working relationships with Internal customers directly related to the support of National Account Customers.
• Perform daily follow-up with local offices regarding service, billing, and other support related inquiries received from National Account Customers or National Account Management Specialists.
• Distribute, coordinate, and follow-up through to completion (if necessary) customer requests via their dedicated @Protection1 email address (i.e. customername@protection1.com).
• Promote the full product line and services offered by Protection 1.
• Obtain accurate central station information required for the monitoring and service of the account.
• Assist the installation, service, and billing departments as required.
• Perform account audits and updates as requested or required.
• Make credit adjustments to accounts when necessary.
• Work with the branches and Monitoring department to research and resolve customer issues.
• Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.
• Position may require mandatory overtime.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• None required.
Qualifications - External
Knowledge:
• Knowledge of Closed Circuit Television, Access Control, Burglary, Holdup, Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression Systems.
Skills:
• Computer skills with expertise in word processing, preferable Microsoft Office and database applications, and advanced presentation skills with proficiency in Power Point.
• Must have good customer service skills and be able to apply tact, diplomacy, reason and logic.
• Must have strong communication skills, including written, to assist internal and external customers.
• Requires skills in business math, interpersonal relations, judgment, and listening.
• Abilities
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Physical Demands:

• Route qualified leads to the Outside Sales team
• Collaborate regularly with Outside Sales, the Scheduling department, and Operations.
• Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.

• Maintain call center database by entering information.
• Perform outbound call campaigns generated sales leads to company.
• Ensuring that call center policies and procedures
• Answer inbound calls from existing and potential customers.
• Providing reporting on service levels for call center performance
• Expect professionalism and reliability from call center employees.
• Meet and exceed daily outbound call quotas.
• Ensure that the call center goals are met.
• Start sales career with a growing organization in a call center sales and customer service role.
• Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customer

Compensation
Hourly $14.00 plus commission/bonus
Qualifications:

Position Summary:
Answer inbound calls from technicians to setup Commercial and National accounts according to company standards and/or customer expectations via MasterMind Business. Register various radio communicators using vendor websites. Troubleshoot with technicians as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, the Commercial Data Services Associate II must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and may be expected to perform some or all the duties listed.
• Receive inbound phone calls from technicians, branch and National Accounts personnel.
• Verify all pertinent information is entered and accurate for the customer account in MasterMind Business (zone list, alarm panel type, etc.)
• Make outbound calls to Police, Fire, and Medical agencies to verify jurisdiction.
• Registration of radio communicators using vendor websites and setup of virtual services, when applicable.
• Verify all zones are programmed correctly and tested in.
• Ability to follow and accurately enter data according to Commercial and National Account checklists.
• Demonstrate clear understanding of burglary, fire, and non-monitored video setups.
• Resolve complex account setup issues with little to no assistance from leadership.
• Understand and demonstrate ability to properly setup partitioned/dash accounts.

The basic function of this position is to service fire sprinkler systems while working under minimal supervision.
Duties And Responsibilities:
• Services and repairs fire protection sprinkler systems for commercial application.
• Performs preventative and routine maintenance as well as emergency service calls, as needed, on existing sprinkler systems.

Position Summary:
The Contract/Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) Sales Representative's task is to increase recurring service and monitoring sales for electronic and mechanical life safety systems such as fire alarms, fire sprinklers, suppression systems, and security and special hazards. This will be done by converting ADT Commercial sold projects, non-ADT Commercial sold projects, existing customers and competitive prospects into a service agreement. Service agreements consist of test and inspections, preventive maintenance, central station monitoring and other service offerings. Contract/PMA Sales Reps will be expected to review existing customer system information, as well as to conduct surveys of the life safety systems of potential new prospects. The most critical part of this position is to have outstanding prospecting skills and to have high activity levels in order to achieve your assigned pipeline and sales goals.
Duties And Responsibilities

• Cold-Calling and making outside sales calls on a consistent basis in order to seek out new business
• Conduct building surveys in order to develop proposals to customers

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for:
• Selling the company's solutions including products, labor and services.
• Selling primarily to "end-user" customers.
• Up-selling/cross-selling to the existing customer base.
• Maintaining and developing positive customer relationships.
• Achieving or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly quotas for both the installation and service businesses.
• Growing the company's recurring monthly revenue (RMR) business by providing solutions to existing as well as new clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in buying the products and services required to meet their needs, resulting in revenue generation for the company.
• Conducting site surveys in preparation of customer needs analysis and estimates.
• Preparing statement(s) of work (SOW) and corresponding sales estimate(s).
• Conducting sales presentations to customers and management, as required.
• Demonstrating a thorough understanding of company services.
• Acquiring and maintaining sound knowledge of all product lines and services offered.
• Partnering with internal departments to communicate job scopes and relay customer needs.
• Attracting new customers and up-selling a client base through a combination of field sales, phone sales, and direct marketing efforts.
• Possessing excellent cold-calling skills and the ability to identify and find new business.
• Generating sales leads and customer account information.
• Creating proposals for customers; outlining plans for preventive maintenance (including the scope of repairs and solutions); reviewing testing reports and working with Service Technicians to quantify service repair proposals based on discrepancies discovered during system inspections.
• Assisting in marketing initiatives related to sales activities, including the development of sales and business plans.
• Reviewing testing reports and working with service technicians to quantify service repair proposals based on deficiencies discovered during system inspections.
Qualifications - External
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Skills & Experience):
• High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience in high volume sales and a fast-paced environment.
• A minimum of five (5) years of industry experience as a successful sales representative.
• Must have consistently met or exceeded sales performance for the past three (3) to five (5) years.
• Must demonstrate professional knowledge with an in depth understanding of all or most of the following systems: fire alarm/life-safety, intrusion alarm, access control, video surveillance, nurse-call, plus low voltage systems in general, installation, testing, inspection and maintenance.
• The ability to organically grow business by providing solutions to a new and existing client base.
• Ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling and the promotion of customer confidence in ADT.
• Must have a technical aptitude and an understanding of drawings and codes.
• Must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
• Must have strong negotiation skills and prospecting skills.
• Must have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives within the customer organizations.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to work a full-time schedule and be available for travel, which may include nights and weekends, to accommodate customers' schedules, trainings, meetings, etc.
• Must have a driver's license with an acceptable record and be able to clear a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.
Work Environment:
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Normal office/field environment.
