RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED Professional Google Workspace Administrator Certification.
Public Trust Clearance and ITILv4 Foundation Certification by start date.
Advanced knowledge of enterprise email systems and SMTP servers and clients. Experience supporting and troubleshooting Google SMTP services, DMARC, encryption, routing, Anti-Spam/Virus, and delivery issues.
Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
