This is a high visibility role, where you must understand in detail startups strategic finance needs (cash burn management, forecasting, KPI, investor materials preparation, growth strategies etc.) and play a pivotal role in crafting our strategies. Oversees ALM, the Treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, and financial performance. A working knowledge of consumer lending, line of credit, secondary market sales, indirect lending, data governance, and financial stability.
What you will do
• Manage cash flow, deciding on investment strategies, cash, liquidity risks and return
• Debt Capital Markets, establishment and maintenance of lines of credit
• Enhance financial models and create new models when needed
• Tax Optimization and Management, organizing tax information and working with accountants and estate attorneys to optimize
• Develop and execute the asset allocation strategy, strategies risk-adjusted with outperforming public markets and alternative private wealth management products
• Conduct analysis to make forecasts, ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines, support all KYC/AML applications
• Oversee Personal and Business Loan (PBLC), Credit Risk (CRC), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Finance & Risk (FRC).
• Directs preparation and evaluation of budgets and capital plans; disbursement, and expenditures of money and or capital assets
• Direct AILifePay's investment activities as custodian of funds, securities, and assets of the organization; promotes the AILifePay in financial markets to assure sources of capital.
Ideal Professional
• Experience in fintech or banking
• BS, MS, PhD, CPA, JD, MBA degrees
