We are currently looking for an Airbnb Home Maintenance Specialist with the knowledge of fixing and maintaining things around our Airbnb homes for our guests. You will spend your day traveling to Hoste properties to perform basic maintenance at our homes.

What You Will Be Doing:
• Performing maintenance and light repairs
• Identify and report the need for major repairs
• Respond to guest and owner needs for repairs and maintenance
• Coordinating contractors for Hoste out-of-scope work like plumbing and electrician work
• Smart-home and smart-lock installation. Don't worry, we will train you!
• Cable/wifi troubleshooting, performing light HVAC and plumbing work. (Changing out filters or fixing a leaky sink)
