I want to distribute my inventory on more channels, such as VRBO, and booking.com. I need help creating listings on these channels and syncing them with my Airbnb listings...

The main priority is to get listings ready on VRBO to use multi-unit or representative unit feature, understand how length of stay constraints can be set using the equivalent feature of Airbnb rulesets. Other tasks are nice to have.

Scope of Work

- Copy listing information for ten listings from Airbnb and create listings on VRBO and booking.com

- Set up these listings with a channel manager. I currently use Hostaway but I'm open to another channel manager.

- Set up rule sets and discounts to maximize bookings and occupancy

- Set up a direct booking engine on Hostaway or another tool.

Train my team on the differences between Airbnb and other platforms so we can adjust our policies.

Ongoing work may be available depending on the quality of your work.

This creative spirit is one of the defining parts of its culture and the reason the Ground Control team was founded in 2011.

Ground Control aims to build a strong and enduring culture by connecting all employees to Airbnb’s mission, its community, and its core values through storytelling and shared experiences. Ground Control team members are the ultimate hosts.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, central teams, and cultural ambassadors on company-wide moments and communications that inform and inspire employees about the Employee Experience and nurture Airbnb’s culture. You have experience designing and producing content and engagement programs for teams. You take an entrepreneurial approach to communications—meaning you can both set a high-level strategy and get hands-on with the details.. You’ll bring your skills to bear in a fast-moving environment involving multiple deadlines, projects, and personalities. You’re laser-focused on your audience. You’re proactive and take ownership. You’re an empathetic listener and willing to pitch in and help teammates. You have an eye for detail, are an avid researcher, and an excellent writer.

Responsibilities:
• Designs strategic, audience-centric, and inclusive communications strategies that engage employees in programs, policies, benefits, and offerings of the Airbnb Employee Experience
