Position Summary

As the Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) and Line Operation Safety Audit (LOSA) Analyst, you will impact PSA Airlines' operations through interacting with company managers, union representatives, and the FAA you will impact PSA Airlines' operations. In assisting in the FOQA and LOSA programs you will be ensuring that PSA is providing quality service through safe and reliable flights.

• Assist in facilitating the FOQA Monitoring Team (FMT) meetings.

• Submit audits via audit technology tool for review
• Work with local leaders on audit findings to prevent derogations in customer satisfaction and safety
• Reporting structure defined and built consistently to support leaders with best in class reporting to support best business decisions
• Champion of change and continuous process improvement, by being a support structure to CSC NOC leaders of progress of service standards and effectiveness within them
• Gain trust within the network of leaders that are being supported
• Provide insight on common trends within audit and process observation's within the moment coaching with direct follow up with Business and local leadership
• Support NOC and local leaders with ad-hoc potential needs while within the operation

Essential Job Functions:
• Promotes and fosters a safe and secure operating environment.
• Leadership, commitment and promotion of safety as a core value of the maintenance organization.
• Responsibility, authority and oversight of Quality Control programs and standards to ensure compliance with DOT/FAA and company policies and procedures.
• Authority and responsibility for the audit function of CASS
• Fuel vendor pre-use audit administration and control.
• Substantial maintenance provider pre-approval audit administration and control.
• Ensures that all specified policies, practices and procedures are complied with, and follows company policies and procedures for completion of assigned duties.
• Maintains audit schedules.
• Schedules and supervises Technical Auditors in the performance of audits.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies and procedures in accordance with the Air Wisconsin General Maintenance Manual at all maintenance facilities and contract maintenance providers.
