Performs on-site and external compliance audits, approvals, and/or surveillance activities associated with the methods, practices, and procedures utilized within Tech. Operations and external support agencies. Perform risk assessments, generate audit reports, monitor corrective actions, and... follow-up as necessary to ensure program compliance and that acceptable quality levels are maintained. Support UA continuous improvement initiatives by conducting assessments for operational compliance and performance to applicable regulations, company policies and procedures primarily encompassing On-Wing Maintenance and other supporting functions (airframe and line maintenance providers, fuel and de-icing services, on-call maintenance, line station maintenance, etc.). Participates in other duties as assigned by the Director of Quality Assurance. Position requires 40-50% domestic and international travel. • Conduct reviews with Station and Business Partner leadership following completion of Quality and Process Audits and observations
• Submit audits via audit technology tool for review
• Work with local leaders on audit findings to prevent derogations in customer satisfaction and safety
• Reporting structure defined and built consistently to support leaders with best in class reporting to support best business decisions
• Champion of change and continuous process improvement, by being a support structure to CSC NOC leaders of progress of service standards and effectiveness within them
• Gain trust within the network of leaders that are being supported
• Provide insight on common trends within audit and process observation's within the moment coaching with direct follow up with Business and local leadership
• Support NOC and local leaders with ad-hoc potential needs while within the operation
• Continue to grow within position by recurrent and ongoing training in cleanliness standards across division

Responsible for conducting operational audits within the airport environment to ensure United Cabin Cleanliness standards are performed to exceptional standards, along with Safety and Regulatory Compliance within the Security Search process when applicable. Additionally, this position will conduct audit to support operational performance improvement, financial controls, Agent on Demand, and other various projects. Will drive positive reinforcement in improvement within the moment coaching and reporting for support in operational performance and customer satisfaction. This includes the auditing of, but not limited to, United employees and Business Partners performing Cabin Cleaning missions, Security Searches, and leadership reporting structures within Line Stations. Team development will be instrumental in success for United Airlines and growth of potential other auditing potential can occur.
• Conduct reviews with Station and Business Partner leadership following completion of Quality and Process Audits and observations
• Submit audits via audit technology tool for review
• Work with local leaders on audit findings to prevent derogations in customer satisfaction and safety
• Reporting structure defined and built consistently to support leaders with best in class reporting to support best business decisions
• Champion of change and continuous process improvement, by being a support structure to CSC NOC leaders of progress of service standards and effectiveness within them
• Gain trust within the network of leaders that are being supported
• Provide insight on common trends within audit and process observation's within the moment coaching with direct follow up with Business and local leadership
• Support NOC and local leaders with ad-hoc potential needs while within the operation
