The College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security and Cybersecurity (CEHC) at the University at Albany is seeking applicants for an Assistant Director of Outreach and Promotion.
In coordination with the Office of Communications & Marketing, this position be responsible for the development and implementation of media and marketing... campaigns related to University strategies and initiatives, building and sustaining a recruitment pipeline for CEHC and affiliated departments, and creating communication strategies for the College. The incumbent will highlight the strengths and achievements of CEHC and publicize these achievements through outreach activities designed to build the College's reputation, promote, recruit, and effectively fulfill its mission. The Assistant Director will play a lead role in executing this charge, including serving as a liaison with outside groups and industry partners to facilitate collaborations and promote knowledge and awareness of the College.
The Assistant Director must exhibit strong communication and writing skills and possess and ability to work as a collaborator and team-builder.
