PURPOSE:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
In-Store Demonstrations
• Delivers excellent sales/customer service by proactively greeting, educating, and engaging customers through demonstrations on Amazon Alexa product

• Builds and cultivates strong relationships with store associates and management as a trusted ally and brand representative

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven history of closing sales and exceeding goals

In this role, you’ll be a member of the Alexa Home Productivity BI team, partnering with product and Alexa International teams to support countries across the world in launching and improving Alexa Experience.You will innovate to provide new ways of understanding the Alexa user experience.
