Job summary:

The Coordinator, Learning and Development (L&D) is responsible for the administrative tasks required for maintaining learning and development programs. This includes planning, coordinating, scheduling tracking and providing all aspects of logistical support for learning and development programs in collaboration with other team members who own aligned programs. The Coordinator, L&D is also responsible for supporting maintenance of training records for employees that participate in our talent development programs, and compiling reports and statistics for the Learning & Development Manager, as needed.

Key responsibilities:
• Supports the delivery of L&D programs owned by the Talent team by coordinating and executing program logistics, organizing necessary materials, and managing facility support, as needed.
• Prepares and maintains L&D records, including program evaluations, attendance records, and learning schedules.
• Liaises with multiple learning partners, including managers, L&D team, and training vendors for leader program coordination, scheduling, change management support, and logistics, as applicable.
• Coordinates with LMS system administration team as it pertains to structured training needs involving leader programs, with limited LMS administration responsibilities, as applicable.
• Maintains the L&D learning budget under guidance and direction from L&D team leaders, including the organization of invoices, reconciling costs, sending finance requests, and distributing charges to the appropriate department.
• Researches and analyzes internal and external resources to aid in the development of the organization’s L&D objectives.

Required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Adult Education, Learning & Development or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a professional services environment, with administration or coordination responsibilities for large projects or organizations.
• Minimum of one year project management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with tools and technology used in remote/hybrid environments for communication, meeting management, sharing resources (including, but not limited to tools like SharePoint, MS Teams)

Preferred qualifications:
• HR or workplace learning certification completed or in progress.
• Experience designing PowerPoint presentations or learning authoring tools, and interest in building these skills
• Experience in maintaining budgets, finances, and invoices.
• Experience building and managing information / resource portals like SharePoint

Appeals Case Manager

Do you want to be part of a collaborative Appeals team? The Appeals Case Manager is responsible for review of adverse benefit determinations for STD and LTD claims. The Appeals Case Manager will determine the appropriate claim determination on appeal, based on the information in the claim file and any additional information submitted as part of the appeal process. You will ensure that legal and ethical standards are met for the appeal and will maintain current knowledge of all ERISA/Department of Labor guidelines. For Non-ERISA plans, procedural accuracy must be followed. The Appeals Case Manager will comply with all regulatory requirements by making a fair, thorough, and timely appeal determination.

You have
• High School diploma or commensurate level of education required. (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Must possess superior knowledge of disability products and claim management.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
• Expert knowledge of state and federal compliance issues impacting claim administration and appeals.
• ERISA compliance claim review experience.
• Working medical knowledge (i.e., medical terminology, medical conditions).
• Demonstration of good judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Must possess strong interpersonal (oral and written) communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Well organized, able to multi-task and identify priorities.

You will
• Plan, implement, and execute the process of investigating STD and LTD claims that are in dispute; and effectively track and manage assigned case load of claim appeals.
• Evaluate medical, financial, and non-medical information, as developed, and consult with internal and external professionals regarding issues in dispute for the purpose of resolving claims.
• Provide clear and comprehensive communication to insureds, plan holders, attorneys, and others by phone, e-mail and mail with respect to issues in dispute.
• Interpret policy provisions, state and federal regulations, department procedures and compliance directives.
• Mentor Case Managers by serving as an advisor and provide guidance on the interpretation and administration of contract language.
• Provide appropriate feedback to help assess the training needs of the organization and participate in ongoing training and development offerings to enhance appeal administration skills.

Job Summary

The Contact Center Leader, Medicare Sales and Customer Service is responsible for the planning, reporting, quota setting, management, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, and recruiting of sales and customer service talent. Effectively lead a team of sales leaders, agents, trainers, and operations management to achieve KPIs and revenue goals. This role is responsible for leading our Medicare Contact Center portfolio. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls, and providing financial education around complex questions, investment and payment options available to plan participants, including offering guidance on appropriate tools and services. Guidance is primarily focused on qualified and non-qualified retirement plan benefits.

This is an ideal role for people who have a financial background and like to educate and support others with complex retirement decisions. Strong listening and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work independently, troubleshoot and research issues, and develop solutions. This position is best for people with astute knowledge of Defined Contribution and/or Defined Benefit plans, financial acumen, along with superior problem-solving skills.

This role will leverage your knowledge of the following:
• Defined Contribution Plans- including working knowledge of general qualified plan requirements. You’ll be expected to provide information and guidance around the effects of plan distributions, loans, investment choices and other specific plan rules.

Requirements
• Strong communication skills will be necessary, including the ability to work well interpersonally with your peers, supervisors, and customers.
• Strong analytical skills to problem solving and ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems.
• Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and personal accountability.

Job summary:The Coordinator, Learning and Development (L&D) is responsible for the administrative tasks required for maintaining learning and development programs. This includes planning, coordinating, scheduling tracking and providing all aspects of logistical support for learning and development programs in collaboration with other team members who own aligned programs. The Coordinator, L&D is also responsible for supporting maintenance of training records for employees that participate in our talent development programs, and compiling reports and statistics for the Learning & Development Manager, as needed.

Key responsibilities:

Supports the delivery of L&D programs owned by the Talent team by coordinating and executing program logistics, organizing necessary materials, and managing facility support, as needed.

Prepares and maintains L&D records, including program evaluations, attendance records, and learning schedules.

Liaises with multiple learning partners, including managers, L&D team, and training vendors.

Performs basic admin duties in the LMS for leader program management, as needed.

Supports L&D team by maintaining the learning budget, including the organization of invoices, reconciling costs, sending finance requests, and distributing charges to the appropriate department.

Researches and analyzes internal and external resources to aid in the development of the organization’s L&D objectives.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Adult Education, Learning & Development or related field.

Minimum of two years of experience working in an administrative capacity.

Minimum of one year project management experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Proficiency with tools and technology used in remote/hybrid environments for communication, meeting management, sharing resources (including, but not limited to tools like SharePoint, MS Teams, …)

Preferred qualifications:

HR or workplace learning certification completed or in progress.

Experience designing PowerPoint presentations or learning authoring tools, and interest in building these skills

Experience in maintaining budgets, finances, and invoices.

SAP EC Payroll Senior Functional Consultant

The Senior SAP ECP Consultant is responsible for producing solution design, documentation, and successful delivery of Employee Central Payroll with expert attention to all architectural qualities for an effectively working SuccessFactors Human Resource (HCM) system. The Senior SAP ECP Consultant must have extensive experience in configuring and custom development with excellent functional and technical skills. Should be able to work with the business to understand their needs and coach them on the appropriate solutions, while at the same time; work with Technical Support Team to drive them to an efficient technical solution design. Design conversion programs to convert employee data from various legacy systems into Success factors HCM systems, test configuration modules and validate data conversion. Essential Functions:

Provide expert-level technology consultation during implement design and development phase in the SAP ECP module utilizing the Success Factors Human Resource (HCM) framework.

Configuration experience across the SAP Payroll/SuccessFactors ECP modules

Expert knowledge of SAP PY/SuccessFactors ECP and related functionality, coupled with strong analytical skills and a good understanding of information technology concepts and processes.

Drive the definition of ECP standards during requirements workshops and change requests.

Understand customer Statement of Work and identify complex areas that will require specific focus within the ECP framework.

Analyze and evaluate client requirements, perform requirements gathering and create specifications with functional users and business analysts.

Appeals Case Manager

Do you want to be part of a collaborative Appeals team? The Appeals Case Manager is responsible for review of adverse benefit determinations for STD and LTD claims. The Appeals Case Manager will determine the appropriate claim determination on appeal, based on the information in the claim file and any additional information submitted as part of the appeal process. You will ensure that legal and ethical standards are met for the appeal and will maintain current knowledge of all ERISA/Department of Labor guidelines. For Non-ERISA plans, procedural accuracy must be followed. The Appeals Case Manager will comply with all regulatory requirements by making a fair, thorough, and timely appeal determination.

You have
• High School diploma or commensurate level of education required. (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Must possess superior knowledge of disability products and claim management.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
• Expert knowledge of state and federal compliance issues impacting claim administration and appeals.
• ERISA compliance claim review experience.
• Working medical knowledge (i.e., medical terminology, medical conditions).
• Demonstration of good judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.

As a Customer Care Representative, a typical day may include the following:
• Handling a high volume of inbound calls from our clients' employees to answer questions, provide education, and solve complex HR and financial issues related to their health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, etc.
• Processing transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections. This may include additional research and ongoing casework.
• Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support. This may include assisting the caller in navigating the system as well.
• Creating and updating files in our database and communicating with third parties to research and assist the customer with updates or inquiries.
Required Experience:
• At least 4 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience:
• High School diploma and 4 years of customer service experience, OR
• Associate's Degree and 2 years of customer service experience, OR
• Bachelor's Degree
• A self-starter with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the passion to provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and dependable in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
• Ability to receive and immediately apply constructive feedback
• Ability to multi-task using several Windows applications at once while assisting a customer on the phone
• Flexibility to work a specified shift and extended hours as necessary
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in one of these industries is preferred: Health Care, Human Resources Services or Financial Services
