Our mission is to support their ongoing success by providing recommended resources, highly-rated tools, and an engaged, supportive peer network - it’s a difference our members experience every day. About You
We have a unique opportunity for a customer-obsessed, analytical and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager, Core Networking.
Customer empathy is in your DNA. You have a sense of urgency and are relentlessly focused on getting results but you are just as obsessed with the customer experience and getting them to see value and success.
You thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment, are a hands-on driven problem solver, and are not afraid to try new things - you are driven to constantly test and improve results. You've had extensive experience with customer segmentation, analytics and execution across multiple marketing channels (e.g. email, in-app, webinars, social etc.).
What You’ll Do

In this role you will quickly gain a deep understanding of product features, member personas and customer challenges to create strategic and scalable lifecycle marketing programs. You’ll help members find people to connect with and learn how to build meaningful relationships to grow their business. You’ll use the marketing tools and tactics at your disposal - including growth hacking, email marketing, and product-led growth levers - to increase engagement, success and retention.
A day in the life of our Growth Marketing Manager:
• Understand value drivers and create multi-channel, segmented marketing programs to maximize customer outcomes
• Identify, test and predict behavioral patterns that are strongly linked to retention
• Analyze customer data, feedback and insights to inform campaigns that continuously drive the customer to "aha!" moments
• Use simple, concise messaging to help customers quickly achieve success
• Run marketing campaigns end-to-end: design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to meet ambitious growth targets through in-product messaging and email channels
• Leverage analytics tools to measure effectiveness of activities, ROI and adjust activities based on performance
• Leverage messaging via email, chat, in-product and product to drive deeper user engagement
Must have qualifications:
• Affinity for small business and/or an entrepreneurial spirit
• 5-8 years working in marketing, growth, analytics or related roles
• Hands-on experience with growth, lifecycle or retention marketing with the ability to drive customers to take action
• Ability to capture and share key data and insights to drive marketing strategies and decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience creating & executing successful multi-channel segmented marketing campaigns, ideally for a networking, freemium and/or SAAS product
