Our iTero sales force sells directly to professional business owners (Orthodontists and General Dentists), transforming an analog process with clear aligners and innovative digital solutions that make comprehensive dentistry easier, faster, and more accessible – helping practitioners grow their business and increase patient satisfaction.

In this role, you will…

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the iTero Territory Manager will be responsible for the following essential duties:
• Use insights and a consultative selling approach to teach customers about their industry and their customers; challenge them to modernize and grow their business; assist them in implementing digital technology and refine office processes.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly territory iTero sales targets.
• Maintain a robust Capital pipeline
• Manage a defined geography of accounts (Orthodontists and General Dentists) to grow the business; onboard new high potential accounts.
• Plan and execute a Territory plan, based on understanding the potential in each account in the defined geography.
• Create & execute account plans for highest potential accounts, based on deep understanding of the account’s business, goals, challenges and opportunities.
• Be agile and capable of engaging customers in a virtual selling environment
• Listen, understand, and analyze customer needs to tailor Align products and services to deliver a best in class customer experience

In this role, you’ll need …
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales to small business; track record of performance, achievement, and excellence in growing businesses. At least 3 years industry experience selling medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant B2B experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Valid driver’s license
• Preference to candidates who possess Dental Implant, Restorative, and Laboratory knowledge
• Business & Marketing knowledge: Ability & comfort having business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and asking the right business questions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred, and virtual communication platforms

About this opportunity

The Sr. Marketing Manager is a critical position within the Americas marketing organization, leading the strategy and execution for our iTero portfolio and/or service programs in the US. Key activities include, but are not limited to, ownership and commercialization of iTero special products / service programs, business development, competitive strategies and tactics to grow the market, with an overall focus on understanding and influencing customer buying behavior, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty, and growing business revenue and margin.

In this role, you will…
• Identify, lead, and execute business development initiatives associated with new product / service programs. Lead negotiations on strategic partnership contracts.
• Create and manage commercial marketing programs and tools for the Align Orthodontics channel, to accelerate products / services adoption, utilization, competitive differentiation, and revenue growth. This implies a deep understanding of Align’s customer base (orthodontists, general practitioner dentists, special markets), and competitive landscape.
• Proactively liaise with Regional customers and sales teams to have a strong grasp on VoC and impact of products, services, and commercial initiatives to, ultimately, improve Align’s overall value proposition.

• Minimum 10 years of directly-related experience, preferably in medical device, capital equipment, life sciences, technology or healthcare industry.
