Located in Darwin's CBD our Contact Centre provides excellent training and development programs to ensure your success in building a long-term career with us.
As a Senior Customer Service Specialist at TIO, you will join an established team and utilise your strong customer service and coaching skills when helping to develop our Customer Service Specialist. You will be the first contact point for those needing assistance, while managing several tasks throughout the team.

• Coaching and delivering feedback to the team
• Completing call audits
• Managing rosters and exceptions
• Data spreadsheets
• Customer escalations and complaints
