- Operate and drive dump trucks to transport materials such as dirt, rocks, sand, gravel, asphalt, millings.
- Follow safety procedures and traffic laws while driving.
- Inspect trucks before and after each trip and report any issues.
- Secure cargo for transportation.
- Maintain truck cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance.
- Communicate with dispatchers to coordinate deliveries.
- Frequently required to sit, climb, and use hands. Occasionally required to stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms above their shoulders.
-Must occasionally lift and/or move from 10 to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively with job site supervisors.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A or B (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record/MVR.
- Proven experience as a Dump Truck Driver 3 years or more.
- Knowledge of driving a manual transmission.
- Strong understanding of route driving and delivery procedures.
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs if needed.
-Must be able to pass a drug screening and DOT physical.
This role requires a skilled individual who can safely operate a dump truck while adhering to transportation regulations. If you have experience in commercial driving and possess the necessary skills mentioned above, we are interested in hearing from you.
