As a Partner Solutions Architect focused on Independent Software

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or
consulting experience in applications or

Position Summary
The National Account Manager (NAM) provides leadership to a top tier strategic customer. This role is responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts related to the customer, helping to ensure that Galderma achieves its targeted revenue, profit, and ROI goals. The NAM represents all brands under the Galderma Consumer portfolio and works collaboratively with the brand marketers to lead the company’s efforts to grow volume and profit with Amazon. The NAM is responsible for effectively managing the relationship with Amazon participating in developing strong annual strategic growth plans for Amazon, as well as management of the customer P&L and all line items impacting profits at the customer level.
Essential Functions
• Spearhead the relationship and negotiation to drive profitable sales through the sales funnel from driving traffic through to conversion across Amazon Retail, Supply Chain and Advertising teams
• Manage an outside agency, providing strategic direction and weekly guidance to achieve goals
• Utilize Market, Category, Brand, and Shopper insights to deliver actionable solutions for the customer that focus on volume, share, and ROI goals
• Accountable for the planning and execution of self-built strategic plans and maintains internal processes to ensure execution of plans
• Responsible for developing sales execution priorities of Pricing, Distribution, Promotion and Shelving in a virtual shelf/store
• Catalog Data: Responsible for the overall data quality and management of product data in Amazon vendor central and seller central accounts
• Promotions: Develop/manage promotional plan, coordinating with finance, trade marketing to align with brand strategies and advertising plans as appropriate
• Inventory & Forecasting: Partner with demand planning on forecasting sales focusing on both financial production planning forecasts.
• Analysis & Reporting: Ownership of the dashboard reporting and analysis for the Amazon business, understanding how key inputs are impacting overall performance
• Responsible for understanding and communicating the customer level P&L and drive growth through strong sku level P&L management
• Collaboration: Engage cross functional departments, sharing Amazon results and educating the organization on the Amazon channel. Develop and share best practices with Amazon teams in other countries around the globe
• Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Five (5) or more years of overall consumer packaged goods experience, demonstrating skillful negotiation capabilities with Buyers/Sr. Buyers in the CPG industry (preferably Amazon)
• Experience in developing and implementing strong omni-focused business plans that exceed expected goals
• Ability to analyze data and monitor retail patterns to identify opportunities and risks
• Solid understanding of financials including P&L impact of sales decisions
• Highly motivated, self-starter and team-oriented individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and follow up skills
• Demonstrated ability to impact key decision makers
• Strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and skill sets
• Must be proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software
• Ability to travel
