Your Role As a Merchandise Processor
As a Merchandise Processor, your job is to provide excellent service to our stores and customers by performing all aspects of merchandise processing including loading/unloading shipments, unpacking/packing product, ticketing, counting, and filling orders. If you like a fast-paced, physical position that gets you up and moving, this could be the position for you!
Your Responsibilities
• Ensure a safe work environment by keeping safety a top priority
• Perform picking, sorting, and packing orders using technology
• Count, record, and verify quantities of merchandise for orders
• Ensure production and quality standards are met
• Be open to performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High school diploma, GED or some high school
• Adaptable to change by working within different departments
• Excellent counting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain an excellent attendance and work record
• Must be 18 or older
Physical Requirements
• Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend and stack cartons for up to 10 hours at a time
• Stand for long periods of time and walk continuously
• Pull merchandise from multiple levels of shelving or move merchandise as needed
• Climb stairs and perform work at platform heights up to 60 feet
• Lift up to 50lbs. Specific weight requirements may vary within each department

Responsibilities:
• Lead development team to ensure following Sitecore best practices and Helix guidelines
• Assist in estimating new projects and define scopes
• Work with the business team to understand functional requirements and translate that into technical requirements
• Help mentor developers with the current and latest technologies used
• Help maintain current continuous integration and continuous delivery for development, QA and live websites
Requirements:
• 5+ years Sitecore experience, Sitecore 10 is preferred
• Sitecore knowledge: Sitecore Templates, API's, SXA, Helix guidelines, Renderings, Sitecore marketing capabilities
• Strong experience with search and indexing technologies, preferably Coveo for Sitecore and Solr
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Sitecore commerce
• Experience training other developers
• Experience working with headless architecture
• Knowledgeable in React.js is a plus
• DevOps experience, specifically creating CI/CD pipelines; and utilizing tools such as Azure Dev Ops
