Our Lincoln, RI office is seeking a Desktop Support and Services Specialist who will configure and install patches for vulnerabilities on all desktops and laptops throughout the company via SCCM. This may also include printer firmware.

Location: Onsite 5 days a week in our Lincoln, RI office to start. After probationary period it could go to 3 days on-site and 2 days WFH.

Responsibilities:
• Advise users in the proper usage of personal computer products based on company approved guidelines and act as technical resource to support the Help Desk, CIS staff and other corporate entities for PC hardware and software.
• Configure, install, and/or upgrade new and existing software on existing desktops, laptops or printers.
• Perform assessments of vulnerabilities of all priority levels in the form of metrics.
• This will require researching, packaging, and testing software and security patches within SCCM but not limited to working with the business to ensure the deployments are non-disruptive.
• Proven track record with using SCCM to deploy software in an enterprise environment. This person will need to know how to create collections in SCCM from scratch and add targeted devices to the collection.
• Being able to write scripts in either powershell, SQL or batch file / command line.
• Strong understanding of the Windows 10/11 registry.
• Experience patching and or upgrading 3rd party applications.
• This person will need to be a motivated self-starter, work with limited supervision and work well in a team setting.
• Experience working with users, business units, vendors, and leadership groups.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to other IT personnel.
• Conduct research and attend training and/or industry seminars to stay abreast of current and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:
• Associate's degree and 3+ years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• 4+ years of SCCM administration
• 4+ years of patch management
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management
• Intermediate level scripting ability

Responsibilities
• Convert advertising, direct mail, and other warm leads into new business by handling countrywide inbound telephone calls

• Conduct professional telephone conversations to service existing accounts in a high call volume environment

The 37.5 hour schedule will be Monday through Friday between the core hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., with the potential to work holidays and a few Saturdays per year.
Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Computer keyboard and processing skills
• Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required
• After hire, employees will be required to obtain a state insurance license and meet continuing education requirements to maintain their license (comprehensive training will be provided)

This visionary leader will oversee a team of talented individuals responsible for analytics and business intelligence. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of three days a week in-person in the Lincoln, RI home office.

In addition, we’re looking for you to:
• Formulate measurement plans for comprehensive, multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns.
• Develop multi-touch, algorithmic attribution models and media mix modeling to support the Marketing Communications team and agency partners in decision making and optimization.
• Uncover new analytics models, tools and applications that can add incremental value to the organization. Determine the need for, selecting and managing external service providers for marketing analytics.
• Creating an annual analytics research and experimentation agenda that align resources with critical business unknowns.
• Create and socialize the mission, vision and values of the marketing analytics team.
• Evolve the team from data and reporting provisioner to a team that discovers actionable insights through data, analytics and a culture of experimentation.
• Assist in the optimization of marketing programs by developing measurement and test plans, segmenting audiences and performing web and media measurement and optimization.
• Ensure data and insights are communicated through modern data visualization and storytelling techniques that are tailored to the target audience.
• May be called upon to handle other duties as required.

We’re also looking to bring your strengths to the team:
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with web and mobile analytics solutions (i.e. Adobe analytics, Google Analytics) and advertising technology platforms (ie. Adobe, The Trade Desk, Google, iSpot, Human).
• Background in media mix and/or attribution modeling to support marketing and advertising decision making and investments.
• Knowledge of insurance specific measurement methods such as MROI and customer lifetime value.
• Track record of leveraging software to perform automated data visualization such as SAS, Microstrategy, Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data mining and predictive analytics technique and proficiency in data analytics tools such as R, Python, SQL are a plus.
• Experience in using A/B and multi-variate testing methodologies.
• Experience working effectively across different business functions and all levels of management, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
• Ability to build relationships with functions outside of marketing, such as sales, IT and actuarial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in insurance and financial industries is preferred.

The role is located in our Lincoln, RI office, and will be eligible for up to two work from home days per week.
