In this role you would be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology proposal and evaluation stage (e.g. early... engagement) with the Engineering teams working in conjunction with the account teams as the key technical advisor and system advocate for a wide range of commercial and passenger vehicle applications. The FAE must be able to identify customer platform requirements and work closely internally with Analog Devices Business Units and Systems Engineering. You will take ownership for driving the resolution of all technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the design in sales process. The mobility FAE must be able to build trust and establish and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 customers as well as ADI internal automotive Business Units. You would need to invest in your product and system level knowledge on an ongoing basis through the various training and development opportunities.

Requirements
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge level for wide range of vehicle systems and sub system applications across multiple Tier 1s.
• Listen, understand and convey customer requirements
• Provide design and specification development support to customers and automotive BU
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFQs
• Identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth
• Assist in the definition, design and development of new products and tools
• Travel to customer sites together with Account Managers and Mobility FAEs/SMEs supporting deep dive Mobility technology discussions
• Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is aligned with the ADI automotive BU’s Strategy
• Maintain professional business relationships with customer experts at several Tier 1 customers in close cooperation with the GAM/KAMs and Mobility FAEs/SMEs

Qualifications And Skills Required
• BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Work experience >5 years in engineering and/or semiconductors
• Good understanding of automotive systems engineering and vehicle architecture
• A solid understanding of electric control systems and analog semiconductor applications

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop product evaluation test solutions for High Performance Analog / Mixed Signal integrated circuits.
• Design, develop and debug, cost effective evaluation test HW/SW solutions for characterization, qualification and wafer debug probe and final characterization.
• Work with design engineers in defining/developing evaluation test methodologies, evaluation test plans and evaluation test modes.

Required Skills and Coursework Desired:

• Strong knowledge of analog/digital devices and C/C++/Visual Basic programming a must, plus scan test experience.

• Identifies high potential talent and closely monitors their development.
• Determines need for training and development aligned with overall corporate and sales strategy and objectives; ensures training is completed and/or up to date for Global account team.
• Reinforces Challenger Selling throughout Global Account sales team.

Management and Leadership:
• Leads and coaches entire customer sales team in unbiased way relative to regional alignment; recognizing the efforts of the various regional locations supporting the account. Decides splits accordingly.

Analog Devices is looking for a motivated individual to help develop and execute production training programs at our integrated module manufacturing facility in Chelmsford, MA.

Responsibilities:

· Train new hires on the basics of integrated module assembly construction including mechanical assembly, soldering, die attach, and die/MMIC visual inspection

· Train new hires on material handling procedures, tracking of material using the factory MES system, documentation access, and assembly drawing interpretation.

· Work with subject matter experts to compile, develop, and maintain Assembly Manufacturing process checklists

· Work with personnel to update training documentation to the latest industry practices

· Administer training classes on various focus subjects including manual and automated unit processes

· Assist new hires with online Quality training

· Work with Manufacturing Engineering team to develop rework process documentation and train operations personnel on rework execution

Job Requirements:

· Is IPC J-STD-001 solder training certified

· Is MIL-STD-883 pre-cap visual inspection certified

· 5 years of experience with electro-mechanical assembly required

· Has die attach experience

· Has knowledge of wire bonding

· Has knowledge of MMIC handling

· Strong skills in using Microsoft Office

· Strong continuous improvement mindset

· Ability to work well in a team environment as well as work independently

· Outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic personality with a positive attitude

· Ability to guide teams in the right direction and keep them focused and on task

The power team is currently seeking a Product Evaluation Engineer to work on the development of new product solutions in the area of switching power supplies for broad market applications. Responsibilities:
• Debug, evaluate, and characterize µModule regulator prototype, including the creation of eval/char plans, data collection & analysis, and generating/presenting technical reports.
• Perform bench evaluation including efficiency, thermal, ripple, load transient, and loop gain optimizations, etc.
• Debug power converters in a lab setting with a wide array of test equipment, including oscilloscopes, probes, efficiency meters, thermal cameras, impedance analyzers, etc.

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of laboratory test equipment, be self-motivated, willing to accept responsibility, and show initiative in identifying and solving challenging technical problems:

Job Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for

• Integrate the block testbench in chip-level UVM environment and verify integration.
• Define test plans, tests, and verification methodology for block / chip-level verification.

• Support post-silicon verification activities of the products, working with design, product evaluation, and applications engineering team.

Qualifications
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• 5+ years of ASIC verification work experience
• Strong understanding and hands on experience with System Verilog and UVM
• Block and subsystem level verification
• Experience with gate level simulation and debug
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Love of learning and problem-solving
• Enthusiasm for helping customers and colleagues

Additional Preferred Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of test-plan generation, coverage analysis, transaction level modeling, pseudo and constrained random techniques, assertion based and formal verification techniques with System Verilog
