About the Job:
The position of Accounts Receivable Coordinator will have primary responsibility for managing accounts with current and outstanding payments on receivables due to the organization for services rendered.
In This Role, You Will:
• Establish relationships with customer A/P representatives to gain an understanding of their requirements to pay and terms of payment.
• Analyze aging reports to identify accounts with outstanding, past due amounts.
• Contact customers to obtain payment information for current invoices. Ensure customer has the invoice and all required documentation for payment.
• Resolve disputed invoices, make recommendations to billing/ pricing/ corrections departments concerning invoice adjustments.
• Daily deposits and CHAX, as well sending balance due Aging Statements to customers after review and payment. Weekly reporting on past due accounts.
• Communicate with internal departments to research charges for validity. Send revised invoices to customers as necessary.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AND PROJECTS AS ASSIGNED.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Excellent organizational skills for prioritizing workloads and maintaining proper documentation.
• Able to work independently and identify and solve problems.
• Requires a high level of attention to detail.
• Supports teamwork by participating, cooperating, and communicating with co-workers.
