Responsibilities
• Develop Anima’s community strategy and initiatives by mapping out existing communities, researching industry-leading community examples - and consistently align them with company objectives
• Give voice to Anima users and create channels for engagement
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage Forum channels to improve communication and campaign execution
• Constantly research and test types of... content with our members at different stages of their journey
• Manage the ambassador program; build and manage relationships with community ambassadors
• Measure and report on the community activity and success metrics
• Partner with Product and Marketing teams to create and maintain a feedback loop for new and planned features and marketing activities
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in community managing (in a SaaS company - plus)
• BSc/MS degree, preferably in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent
• A great communicator with native-level English written and verbal skills
• Strong orientation to the design/code/product communities - a big plus
• Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, WordPress CMS, Figma/Adobe Creative Suite

We're looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our Design to Code team.
What your challenges will be
• Play a key role at every stage of the product life-cycle, heading up the end-to-end development of new products, and making sure that our goals are aligned with users’ needs.
• Take full responsibility and ownership of the product, all the way from inception to production.
• Own the product life-cycle: market, BI, and user research, defining wire frames, scope, KPIs, and development process.
• Work closely with top-notch pros in UX, Dev, and Marketing to take your product to market.
• Work closely with cross-product & development teams.
• Talk to users, analyze user data, and conduct usability tests to continually improve the product.
• Play a key role in the platform strategy and road map-building process.
• Bonus - Working on a bottom-up, product-led-growth SaaS product.
What existing skills & experience you possess
• >4 years experience building consumer web, developer tools, or SaaS products.
• Experience in developing product and product marketing plans based on deep consumer insights.
• A strong visual aptitude - fluency in defining user workflows and sketching wireframes.
• Skills in researching and analyzing users’ needs. Strong ability to transform opportunities and needs into products and features.
• Good understanding of UI/UX.
• A people’s person and a matrix leader, you can work with different personas and groups, delivering outcomes that serve the business. You’re a visionary and long-term thinker, which means you can dive into the details of different product lines and user experiences required to create a great platform product while balancing between different stakeholders, creating a priority continuous reassessment mechanism.

We are now building our B2B sales infrastructure and are looking for an ambitious RevOps specialist to help us optimize our processes and workflows to drive a data-driven approach across the business.
After the first three months we expect this person to have taken responsibility for, and have a deep understanding of our systems, processes, and gaps; and to have a deliverable project plan to prioritize and implement changes which will create impact for the Leadership Team and Go-to-Market teams.
What your challenges will be
• Work closely with the Sales team to facilitate continuous process improvement and help drive incremental sales and revenue growth.
• Optimize and deliver accurate and on-time analysis, reports, and dashboards of company KPIs to assist the Go-to-Market organization measure all activities across the funnel and accelerate revenue performance.
• Support revenue forecasting and planning by providing data-driven & actionable insights on a weekly basis.
• Oversee reporting and tracking of funnel metrics, helping us maintain clear visibility of the company’s sales and revenue activities and their effectiveness.
• Maintain data integrity and hygiene to ensure accurate data insights. Own the sales technology platforms (Hubspot), provide hands-on cover, and ensure robust and scalable operational processes as well as cross-department alignment.
• Lead all ops-related topics, issues, projects, and systems, ensuring high quality of service, streamlined processes, meeting business objectives and KPIs, and optimizing the customer experience and sales efficiency.
Skills and knowledge you should possess
• Experience leading RevOps projects and making decisions in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience working on B2B SaaS businesses.
• Solid understanding of product-led (PLG) processes.
• Strong knowledge of CRM process definitions and workflows - experience with Hubspot is a MUST.
• This role requires the successful applicant to be on-site at our offices in central Tel Aviv.
