• From the moment you login, you'll be focused on proactively resolving our member's questions and concerns using computer-based resources to find answers

Qualifications:
• Target start date = Monday, November 2nd
• High school diploma and 1 year of experience in customer service, including excellent communication both verbal and written and problem-solving skills; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• A passion for serving others with the ability to be empathetic and the desire to go above and beyond to help resolve members questions at the first point of contact
• A customer advocate willing to listen and find creative solutions to address and resolve customers questions, issues or concerns

• Ability to work from home with internet access and a quiet and private workspace.
• Hours/shift: Monday-Friday, regular 8-hour shift will begin between 10:30am - 11:30am ET (8 hour shift between 10:30am - 7:30pm ET). Weekend hours are required (both Saturday-Sunday) particularly during peak season, Oct-Apr.
• Training period: training will last approximately 5 weeks through our virtual classroom, plus up to 2 weeks of On-The-Job training (also virtual).

Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing quality, accessible and comprehensive service to the company's provider community. Develops and maintains positive provider relationships with provider community by regular on-site and/or virtual/digital visits, communicating administrative and programmatic changes, and facilitating, education and the resolution of provider issues. Serves as a knowledge and resource expert regarding the most complex provider issues impacting provider satisfaction; researches and resolves the most complex provider issues and appeals for prompt resolution. Works with internal matrix partners to triage issues and submit work requests. Provides assistance regarding Annual Provider Satisfaction Surveys and required corrective action plan implementation and monitoring, education, contract questions and non-routine claim issues. Coordinates communications process on such issues as administrative and medical policy, reimbursement and provider utilization patterns. Coordinates Provider Manual updates/maintenance. Organizes and executes external Provider Townhalls/Seminars and attends State Association conferences (e.g.:
MGMA, AFP, AAP, HFMA). Coordinates prompt claims resolution through direct contact with providers, claims, pricing and medical management department. Identifies and reports on provider utilization patterns which have a direct impact on the quality of service delivery. Researches issues that may impact future provider negotiations or jeopardize network retention. Total compensation will consist of base salary + commission + quarterly bonus to earn over $100,000 per year. Marketing support and company generated leads are provided. Traveling reimbursement including tolls, parking, and mileage. Corporate Amex card for business related expenses. Laptop, IPad & Cellular provided. We are seeking a licensed commission-driven sales professional to work in the Augusta or Savannah, GA area. Products include full portfolio Medicare health products (Medicare Advantage/ Medicare Supplement/Part D). Leads will be drawn from both self generated and company generated leads.
The Field Sales & Service (Medicare) Rep will be responsible for meeting monthly sales goal for an assigned territory through the development and implementation of a strategic sales plan. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Sells and promotes Senior Services products by coordinating and delivering formal sales presentations to consumer groups, arranging private appointments in the customer's homes, making outbound phone calls to prospects, managing temporary support staff, and managing customer records in the automated lead tracking system according to the departments' standards.
- Identifies opportunities within the territory to generate leads, in addition to those provided by the company, through building relationships with contracted medical providers, senior organizations and other community leaders and educating these groups about Senior Services products.
- Meet monthly sales goals through the development and implementation of a strategic sales and territory development plan.
- Prospect, initiate and build network/lead base & referrals to grow revenue.
- Achieve expected close ratio targets ranging from of 25%.-80%.
- Become known as a visible and recognized Medicare resource in assigned territory.
- Adhere to all compliance and company rules and mandates set forth in the CMS marketing and compliance guidelines as well as in the company policies and procedures.
- Promote retention and minimize rapid disenrollment by providing accurate, consistent and timely service and follow up.
- Manage all leads within the designated timeframe on the company contact database in order to exceed company standards for quality, accuracy and timeliness.
- Complete other duties as needed.
BA/BS or 2 years of related experience required; or combination of education and experience that would yield an equivalent. Strong PC and keying skills required. Experience working with the Medicare population preferred. Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills required. Reliable transportation. Travel up to 75% within assigned territory (with mileage reimbursement). Bilingual - English & Spanish is a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset; independent & energetic thinker a must. Skilled at connecting and networking. Must have a valid Georgia Health license required and in good standing (or acquire it within 60 days of hire).
