What we are looking for

We are looking for a holistic individual with high project management skills and a proven and tested marketing know-how to accelerate the AnyDesk Americas’ success story.

- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives

- Plan and execute successful event marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and promote our products and services

- Build and strengthen the company's brand through various marketing channels, including digital, offline media, and other platforms

- Collaborate with all commercial departments to ensure successful launches of marketing campaigns

- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing materials that support the sales process and drive revenue growth

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

- Listen to feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and industry trends and turn them into fitting, strategic campaigns for the company

What you bring to the table

- Extensive understanding of the pragmatic marketing framework

- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in event marketing, building brand awareness, collaborating with commercial departments, and enterprise marketing

- Experience in managing a global team and leading cross-functional projects

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, and follow through with a can-do attitude, using exceptional communication skills both written and verbal in accomplishing goals

- Passion for marketing and a track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies is required

- Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools is preferred

- Formidable experience as a marketing strategist is preferred

• Develop a portfolio by identifying and recruiting new key partners while maintaining close relationships with existing AnyDesk’s Partners within the assigned region

• Conduct regular training and enablement of partners

What you bring to the table
• Sound experience in channel sales and account management in IT industry with focus on SaaS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Customer focus with the determination to exceed partner’s expectations
• Proficient knowledge of business administration, negotiation and retention skills
• Problem solving skills, creativity and positive attitude towards challenges
• Passion and understanding for technology (Cloud Services & SaaS Solutions), emphasis on software understanding, CRM (HubSpot is a plus), and business (process) analysis
• Organized and structured with excellent analytical skills

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant who will be responsible for the management and reporting of financial data for the Americas subsidiary. The accountant will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, and development of internal control policies and procedures. The accounting professional is essential to making sound business decisions by collecting, tracking, correcting, and communicating the financial position of the company. The accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing company accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures. A successful candidate will have experience with accounting and financial software, working with general ledger functions, and understanding of current trends.

Your Responsibilities
• Performs general accounting duties and coordination of financial management activities.
• Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
• Oversees financial close of periods and prepares financial statements, resolves transactions.
• Maintains the general ledger and accounting information systems.
• Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.
• Reconciles bank accounts, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks.
• Reconciles customer accounts and manages accounts receivable collections.
• Verifies payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
• Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
• Files required tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.
• Partners with company leaders to maintain internal controls and fiscal responsibility.
• Resolves or escalates accounts payable issues and ensures resolutions.
• Proposes and develops new processes and procedures for improved efficiencies.
• Assists with annual budgeting process and routinely reviews budget v. expenditures.
• Oversees activities of accounting team, communicates best practices, goals, and policies.
• Provides training in accounting systems and technical support for users as needed.
• Assists in performing special audits and investigations.
• Consults with management on internal controls, safeguards, and operational enhancements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills
• 3+ years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
